Upgrading 3Scale to 2.4 on Windows

Hello,
while following this guide https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_3scale_api_management/2.4/html/infrastructure/upgrade23-24 to update 3Scale from 2.3 to 2.4 worked with no issues on MacOS, a severe problem occurred on Windows. The "oc patch"-commands starting from step 2 throws an unexpected end of stream yaml exception(as shown in the image).
I tried the exact steps with the standard cmd and the PowerShell of windows with no success, are there any restrictions to not use windows which i am not aware of? Greetings Martin
