grub documentation inconsistent and confusing

The documentation on
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/7/html/system_administrators_guide/sec-grub_2_over_a_serial_console is not correct. It mixes the baud rate (115200 vs 9600) and it uses 2 schemes to configure grub, making the result not work as expected.
