Does someone uses Red Hat Infrastructure Site Subscription Academic?

Hello folks,

Is here someone who is using the Red Hat Infrastructure Site Subscription Academic as it is described in [0]. I'm looking for detailed subscription information like how many users could gain access to the support ans something like that.

Although I have contacted the Red Hat Customer Care and my sales contact many questions are still unanswered.

If someone has experience with this subscription I would be happy if they would like to share their experiences and some details here.
