FDISK Mistake how revert ? production system

Hello there,

Customer has existing VG/LV with local disk, the operation was simply to extend LV with new disks....BUT...in the hurry...we launch a fdisk create new partition on an existing device... we quickly delete this partition to revert but the system seams to be in unknow state

to RESUME : Access to the data is OK, but we are scare about rebooting...how solving the misconfiguration in LVM ?
