new HW support in RHEL 7.6

Good morning,

I would like to ask about HW supported in RHEL 7.6 or current latest kernel for platform x86_64. Our customer give us requirement to use at least kernel 4.14.12 for his customer Intel based PCIe card. Customer claimed that card work with 4.14.12 kernel and I would like to check what is the chance that this HW is supported via backport also in RHEL 7.6 (we are open to use any latest patch). For now I don't know exact chip. Is possible to said that what is supported by kernel 4.14.12 is also supported by latest RHEL kernel? Or do we need to create software call to redhat to investigate this hw support?
