Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 VMware Tools installation Problem in VMware-Fusion

Hi, I was new to Red Hat. Recently, I install a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 on vmware-fusion. Also I install the VMware Tools, the VMWare Tools installation is successfully. However, I try use to command /usr/bin/vmware-user. It will throw an error, vmware-user:could not open /proc/fs/vmblock/dev. I googled a lots, but can not find any solutions. Also, my RHEL do lack the vmblock/dev directory.
So it is any solution to help me out?
