Any way of installing R on RedHat 7.7?

Hi,

We need to install R on RedHat Enterprice 7.5.
Installing via yum install gives error.
Is it correct way? Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a better way?

I am not sure about the full scope of all R dependencies, but the texinfo-tex is in rhel-7-server-optional-rpms which is not enabled by default subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-optional-rpms (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/265523)
