high polkitd cpu usage

Latest response

On two of my up-to-date RHEL 7.5 workstations, I see that polkitd uses about 7% cpu. This doesn't seem right. Does anybody else see it or know what to do about it? By contrast, Fedora 27 on a similar machine shows polkitd taking no cpu time.
Thanks,
Allen

Yep, same problems on our RHEL 7.5 servers. The polkitd takes up to 15% of CPU time - I will have a look if I can find further infos.

It looks like this bug 1600161. Check the link for news/updates.
