Mouse hang after running server for some time

Hi Team,
i have install RHEL 7.5 version with developer subscription, and i am getting issues like below.

1. My mouse which is working fine when i started laptop and it getting hang after some time and it's very frustrated situation, i am stuck at many things, my data lost and feel annoying. i get lot's pf notification of related to bug. but when i try to report. it's not provide me option as well.

2. i tried to run my Bluetooth speaker, it was working earlier and after some days it's connected successfully but i am not able to listen sound from it and it's working successfully to another devices.

3. called to customer support but no one has pick the call.

Looks like redhat loosing trust as it's not working like as it was working earlier.
