One thing that I caught my attention is this known issue with RHEL6.10 release https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/6/html/6.10_release_notes/known_issues_installation_and_booting

So, one has to manually run 'grub-install' command after updating grub package. I don't think this is fatal, but new enhancements to grub may not be available if it is left without running 'grub-install'.

Hi Bong, one good option would be to check the Red Hat Newsroom website regularly ... :)
