Director Overcloud installation failure

We are getting the following error after running "openstack baremetal import --json ~/instackenv.json"

Started Mistral Workflow. Execution ID: 124a8bee-dc9c-4fa2-8434-489888173421
Could not establish a connection to the Zaqar websocket. The command was sent but the answer could not be read.
EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:579)

The zaqar returns the following log:
2018-01-08 00:05:19.821 1429 INFO zaqar.transport.wsgi.driver [-] Serving on host 10.3.249.1:8888
2018-01-08 00:08:03.301 1429 WARNING keystonemiddleware.auth_token [-] Using the in-process token cache is deprecated as of the 4.2.0 release and may be removed in the 5.0.0 release or the 'O' development cycle. The in-process cache causes inconsistent results and high memory usage. When the feature is removed the auth_token middleware will not cache tokens by default which may result in performance issues. It is recommended to use memcache for the auth_token token cache by setting the memcached_servers option.

We have also attached undercloud.conf, instackenv.json and stackrc as part of the zip.
