OSP10 Doc missing Advanced Customization Detail section

The "Director Installation and Usage" Guide for OSP10 is missing the chapter 6 on "CONFIGURING ADVANCED CUSTOMIZATIONS FOR THE OVERCLOUD" that is present in OSP8, and it's an important section.
