RHEL 7 TigerVNC server documentation differs for distro

Unfortunately, the configuration files in tigervncserver for RHEL 7.3 are totally different from those in the documentation. Trying to follow the documentation is totally fruitless. If there is an updated guide, it would be appreciated.

Also the following error pops up when trying to respond to a conversation:
