RHEL SAT 6.2 Model not populated for physical hosts

I have recently setup a RHEL SAT 6.2 server. Everything is working. I have found one anomaly so far and that is the Model for hosts is not populated for RHEL 7 hosts. It works for RHEL6 hosts and even does for PC's with RHEL 7 on it. Just does not do the same for our physical blades.

Having looked into this more, it seems it is a facts problem. On systems where the Model is populated, in the /var/lib/rhsm/facts/facts.json, there is a value pair for "dmi.system.product_name": "ProLiant BL460c Gen8". This is ok on RHEL6.x systems and non HP Blade systems.

On the HP Blades with RHEL7.x installed, this value and a few others is not present.

I have also tried subscription-manager facts --update with no success.
