Click your name in the white bar at the top of the page, select "Account Details", find the line that has your email address, and click the word "Change" located next to it. Enter your new email address.

RedHat will probably send you an email with a confirmation link: wait for the email to arrive, then click the link in the email to confirm that the new address is valid. And it's done.
