Hello, my subscription to contract 10998438 has expired, and I would like to renew it.

In addition to what Sadashiva proposed ... in case that you had the "no-cost" developer subscription in use and want to renew it :
All you have to do is to simply sign in to the Red Hat Developer Program Portal and agree to the current Terms and Conditions. :)
