NetSupport Manager
I am using a product called NetSupport Manager - Multi-Platform Remote Control software. The management s/w is only available on Windows and has a client RHEL
application. When connecting to the RHEL the session disconnects after each action. Connect > enter username it disconnects. Connect > enter passwd it disconnects.
I am using Netsupport v 12.5 with RHEL 6.4.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean, you have tried to connect to RHEL system from Netsupport application which is installed on a windows system and it fails? If so, take a look at the firewall rules set on RHEL system, and add a rule to allow port (pertaining to your application) to communicate. If there are no firewall rules active or if iptables is disabled, then you may need to check if SELinux is enabled (enforcing) and would need to set it to "permissive" mode and test application.
