I am doing this but I get error

sudo rpm -ivh https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm

This is my redhat version

Hi Mohammed Adnan,

There are 2 common causes for the issue you mention:

1) your DNS resolver /etc/resolv.conf is not set to a DNS server that resolves hosts outside your company network.

2) your server is behind a proxy, again there a 2 options:

a) the proxy is not setup to allow trafic to the dl.fedoraproject.org mirror list.

b) the OS is not setup to point to the proxy.

To help you resolve one of the issues you need to provide more information, which of the list above is your setup?
