All you'll have to do is to sign in to https://developers.redhat.com/ AFTER the subscription has expired and accept the current T&Cs. When everything goes the way it should, the new subscription will be attached to the registered systems automatically. There was an issue with the developer portal some time ago - you can find the details here -> https://access.redhat.com/discussions/2953371/ ... but in the end everything worked fine.
