I'm experiencing the same thing during an install. Has anyone found a resolution?

Your trying to install RHEL on Windows 10? As in, repartition the hard drive and installing it on your machine that will be FKA a Windows 10 machine? Or on a virtual machine? I think it is looking for the root partition and can't find it.

This issue is related to improper configuration of LVM before installing from a bootable USB drive. You may check more information about this issue at the links below: Solution One , Solution Two, Solution Three
