Creation of cluster on vSphere platform using ACM fails

Creation of cluster on vSphere platform using ACM fails.
Error:
Cluster creation failed:
Timeout waiting for the ingress operator to become ready.

Logs attached.

But even after getting this error in the ACM console, the cluster deployment has finished successfully - I am able to login to the newly created openshift console.

What is the reason failure is shown in ACM? And how to make this cluster manageable via ACM?
