Split Controller docs need a quick update

Hi,

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/10/html/advanced_overcloud_customization/roles#Arch-Split_Controller

There is a problem with some of the services.

The Manila ones have a lower case o which is wrong

Also NovaVncproxy is wrong, should be uppercase P for proxy
