Does this have an influence on the correctness of the detection results ?

I don't think so. It is just cosmetic.

Akemi,

Thank you for reporting this issue. I can confirm that the spelling errors do not affect the validity of the script itself or its output.

I have opened an issue in our bug tracker [1] (Bugzilla) to get the spelling errors resolved.

[1] Script in "Leap Second Issue Detector" lab has two spelling errors

Hi Russell,

As I'm getting the information : You are not authorized to access bug #1402186 ... can you confirm what Akemi Yagi says, that this is just a cosmetic thing and has no influence on the validity of the script ?

Christian,

Apologies about the Bugzilla ticket. I will change it so that it is publicly available.

As to your question, the issue reported by Akemi is entirely cosmetic and does not affect the validity of the script. I have edited my reply to Akemi, so that others reading this thread do not have to read down to this response.

Thank you Russell ! :) Most important : there is no "real" issue. FYI : I still can not access the bug ticket.

Christian,

You're welcome. Regarding the Bugzilla ticket, I will try and make it publicly accessible.
