Do you have purchased subscriptions for these products?

If you want to use the community repos, you need to google for them, e.g. Ceph is here, OpenStack is here.

Be sure you know what you will get before enabling these repos...

yes i have subscription for them even if the repos that i don't have subscription for them appeared but i couldn't enable them and i already Openstack 8,7,6 enabled for me for example

Did you get any error or could you see anything wrong in the logs?

Did you recently add them to the manifest and download it? If so, try refreshing the manifest. For example:

# hammer subscription refresh-manifest --organization="Default_Organization"

How to verify subscriptions via the manifest on Satellite 6. - Red Hat Customer Portal

when i try to refresh manifest from Web interface it give me below error :

Error refreshing manifest. Runtime Error null at org.candlepin.sync.Exporter.exportProducts:517

i tried to download manifest again from the site but it give me Error in Site

This is really strange - maybe it's best to open a new case at GSS

which log file exactly ?

Check the /var/log/pulp.log

Not Exist there is folder called pulp under /var/log but not contain any files

i have followed below link and now there is /var/log/pulp.log but i can't locate any error
