Subscription Advice

Hi,

I have physical 5 servers and each physical server will host 4-5 VM, so please advice what type of subscription should I use.
Server specs
2 Socket based Server (24 cores)
256 GB RAM
Minimum 14 TB HDD

RHEVM
RHEL 7+
RHEV
What else I need.
