Actualy Problem Is I Am Install Win 7 And tryb To install Rhel 7.2 with Dual Boot There Manual Parttion Creation time Swap Created But Root not Created( Failed to save changes more details Click Here) then Click Unable To Allocate partition Error Came ) Its Dont have EFI Boot Partitions

If there is not enough disk space to install rhel 7, then ensure that you either backup and shrink your current windows partitions, so that you would get more un-allocated space in windows disk management which would be used for linux installation. Also, as Amel said the details which you provide are not enough, please share the setup details and attach picture of the error messages...
