host ip address changed,the oracle proxy can not start

the oracle proxy can not start,log information as below
java.rmi.connectexception:connection refused to host:188.1.10.230.
java.net.connectexception:nerwork is unreachable.
proxy is down.

the 188.1.10.230 is the old ip,where can i update the the entry.

who can help me to solve it.

If the Java application is provided by Oracle, then Oracle Support.

If the Java application is provided by another software vendor, then their application support.

If the Java application is written within your organization, then I assume the application developers.
