IPtables

I have server with 2 IP's for example 192.168.100.20(eth0) and 10.10.10.10(eth1) , on 192.168.100.20 is running on apache server ,

I allowed the firewall rules to communicate the 22 and 443 from other serevrs , it;s working fine , When I tried from 10.10.10.10 to 192.168.100.20 with in the internal server I am not able to do the telnet on 22 and 443 . Getting error message like time out .

Please advise me on this .
