Siem Kortweg gave you proper information Mohammad,
Please see the link Siem Kortweg provided --> rhel 6.7 at the date/time of this post I am writing according to: https://access.redhat.com/articles/3078#RHEL6 is the latest/stable version of RHEL 6.
RHEL 6.8 is not yet available except as a beta at the time/date I write this post. You may still need to determine if you have any third-party software that works with RHEL 6.7. Also, this link will show you how to tell the package differences between Beta and GA versions of RHELx.x .
At the time I am writing this, rhel 7.2 is the most current release of RHEL 7 according to: https://access.redhat.com/articles/3078#RHEL7.
Mohammad, lastly, see this link https://access.redhat.com/solutions/21531 which explains further what Red Hat calls a "beta" release, and the difference of "GA" (General Availability). Red Hat has "beta" operating systems that eventually transcend from "beta" status to "GA" status meaning they are no longer Beta. The link Siem Korteweg provided shows that status. Another bit, you may wish to read about Red Hat's Linux Life Cycle policy for non-beta Operating systems
Mohammad, if your interest is to upgrade from RHEL 6.5 to the latest version (6.7 as I type this), you can go directly from RHEL 6.5 to RHEL 6.7. I've had customers who had RHEL 6.2 systems that were somehow orphaned and taken them to a current version of RHEL 6.x skipping "minor releases" (the number to the RIGHT of the "6.", example, from 6.2 to 6.7, the ".7" in "6.7" is the minor release).
If your system is connected to RHN (Red Hat Network) through subscription manager, you should be able to do this directly. If you have a Red Hat Satellite server, see your Red Hat Satellite administrator. If you have none of these, you can upgrade using a RHEL 6.7 ISO that you build a yum repository, but it would really be better to upgrade using either a connection to RHN network or a Red Hat Satellite server (not everyone has a Red Hat Satellite server).
If you get odd errors when you attempt to upgrade, (ONE POSSIBILITY is to) look for non-standard "repo" files under /etc/yum.repos.d/SOMENAME.repo files. Sometimes people put non-typical repo files in that directory, and they can cause consternation at times. You can disable non-standard repo files if needed.
If you run into issues, contact Red Hat support, or post back here and someone should answer.
Good luck
