about openstack intall
i use command # yum intall openstack-packstack
but it is now working.
why?

The affected repo is unnecessary, so you can disable it (suggested "fix" number 3). Or you can just disable everything and only enable the repos required by OpenStack -- see https://access.redhat.com/articles/1127153, part "1.2.1. Enable OpenStack Repositories", steps 4 and 5.
Let me know if you're getting 403s from the required repos.
