undercloud installation fails with os-net-configuration failed

Description of problem:
"openstack undercloud install" fails with the following error, such as unable to read mac address eth1:

Where are you experiencing the behavior? What environment?

after running the undercloud install on top of baremental Cisco UCS B200 M4 blade

When does the behavior occur? Frequently? Repeatedly? At certain times?

occurs after running openstack undercloud install

What information can you provide around timeframes and urgency?

nic mapped with enp12so but it searching for eth1 during openstack undercloud install
