free command shared memory reported under cached

I noticed something different on one of our servers and wanted to get some thoughts on this. free command reports about 92G of shared memory but all of it is report under cached column too.

So should shared memory be reported under cached?

Run below command for clearing cached memory.

echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/droup_caches
