missing /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.15'

Latest response

Hi All,

I am new to Redhat Enterprise and currently have an issue that the version of 'GLIBCXX_3.4.15' is not in the downloaded repo version of libstdc++

I performed the command: strings /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6 | grep 'GLIBC' to come to this conclusion.

What is the Redhat way of updating this, is there a more up to date REOP than the standard one enabled with a default Redhat 6.5 installation?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Please ignore this as we have found we need to subscribe to additional repo's for our installation.

Thanks
