Itinerant X11 windows

When I bring up an X11 application on several servers I never know where the application is going to appear. They are often Off the desktop. So I have to "Move" the window to bring it on to the viewable desktop.

These servers were duplicated from a machine that had dual monitors and they now do not. I am sure this has something to do with it.

Run 'xrandr' on the affected systems to rescan the displays. The clones still think the second display is there.

Thanks Joe. That, in fact, fixed the issue.

I feel silly now - I should have known this one.
