Unix Rescue RHEL 6.6

After restoring file systems via tar, and then doing Linux Recue ( from 6.6 ISO) with the chroot /mount/sysimage command we lose all our file systems, everything comes up basically as /root, same procedure in version 5 works fine.. Has anyone come across this ??
