when I'm running these commands it looks like the bluetooth is working fine.
any ideas how to fix it.
thanks in advance.

[root@Hartmann-PC ~]# chkconfig bluetooth
Note: Forwarding request to 'systemctl is-enabled bluetooth.service'.

[root@Hartmann-PC ~]# modinfo bluetooth

Those command unfortunately don't say anything about your BT adapter, and the GUI indicates that no BT adapter is available and that BT is in fact "off". What happens if you click the on/off button? Can you check if the adapter is really present and not disabled by a hardware or software switch or in BIOS? Is the kernel module actually loaded? (You can check that with "lsmod | grep bluetooth".)

thanks for your answer Radek
yes! I do have a bluetooth on my computer I used it almost everyday under windows OS but under rhel_7 I can't turn the GUI on, no matter how many time I click on it.
after running the command here what I have:

[root@Hartmann-PC ~]# lsmod | grep bluetooth
bluetooth 372662 7 bnep
rfkill 26536 4 cfg80211,bluetooth

Is there anything suspicious in /var/log/messages?

grep -i bluetooth /var/log/messages

I wonder if the kernel is able to initialize the adapter.

Hi Konan,

In the future, please, do not submit the same question twice. It clutters the forum unnecessarily, and it doesn't make it more likely that your question gets answered. If you want to improve the chances of your question getting an answer, try to include more details or describe the steps you've taken when trying to troubleshoot the issue.
