Redhat 9.4 PXE Installation fail with Bluefield 3.

I am unable to use PXE to install Redhat 9.4 with Bluefield 3, the same configuration & same system works fine with red hat 9.2 & 9.6 on the same Bluefield 3.

After some research I found this post related to BF3 failing to initialize with RHEL 9.4 GA kernel. However, I am not sure if this is 100% related? Any suggestion to work around this issue to make PXE installation work with RHEL 9.4?
