Unable to disable Simple Content Access Manager in RHEL9 on vmware workstation

I have a RHEL9 machine on vmware workstation 17.5. I registered it with my Redhat email address. After registering simple content access was already enabled. I followed instruction in the following link to disable it but the web interface of access.redhat.com is changed.

I'm unable to disable SCA on my machine. Kindly share any solutions.
