Display default password policy for RH 6

what is the default password policy for RH 6 installed with default settings (no customisation) ?
How can I display it ?

Though you'll also want to look at the u/l/o/dcredit and difok settings in /etc/pam.d/system-auth, as well to see what your system's really enforcing.

I thought about something which (when I login to a "new" server) shows current password policy settings (including how complicated it must be)
(new server=managed by another team).
Is there anything like that ?
