Where did Brasero go with RHEL 7 and what replaces it?
So I think there are no GUI DVD burning apps or Nautilus built-ins in RHEL 7 by default. What is up with that? What are people using for GUI dvd burning?

Hi Kodiak,
Brasero is still available in the RHEL7 Workstation repositories:
# yum list available | grep brasero
brasero.x86_64 3.8.0-7.el7 rhel-7-workstation-rpms
brasero-devel.i686 3.8.0-7.el7 rhel-7-workstation-optional-rpms
brasero-devel.x86_64 3.8.0-7.el7 rhel-7-workstation-optional-rpms
brasero-libs.i686 3.8.0-7.el7 rhel-7-workstation-rpms
brasero-libs.x86_64 3.8.0-7.el7 rhel-7-workstation-rpms
brasero-nautilus.x86_64 3.8.0-7.el7 rhel-7-workstation-rpms
Which variant of RHEL are you using?
Hi Kodiak,
on https://rhn.redhat.com/rhn/channels/software/Search.do you need to make sure you have selected the "In the following architectures:" radio box and chosen an architecture from the check boxes below it.
If that doesn't work for you, please let me know and we'll get a bug filed.
Try using the new package search, RHN classic is clunky:
https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/69/ver=/rhel---7/7.1%20Beta/x86_64/packages
You can select which distro you want to search at the top.
For anyone that bumps into this -
Yes, brasero and k3b are in Workstation and Desktop, but not Server.
Command line tools such as cdrecord and dvd-rw-tools can be used in the case of Server.
