Support a lower end configuration

There are some customers who have decided to use RHEL because of its up to 7 year support cycle for security fixes, and industry support. 

But who also don't have the option to upgrade a possibly large number of older systems along with OS upgrades.

For instance, our next software version has to be supported through 2016, while RHEL 5 is only supported standard through 2014.

This is causing us a big issue right now, since RHEL 6 doesn't support some versions of the Pentium M processor.  Yet still supports even older Pentium II and III CPUs.
