Satellilte web console encryption

I have a Satellite 6.19 server going and I used the self signed certificate option. I wanted to update the web console certificate and with our wild card cert and when I did that, I did not realize that it replaces the cert that communicates with the clients as well. I understand that all clients would need to be re-registered with the updated cert, which of course would be once a year.

Is there a way to ONLY encrypt the web console using a different cert than the katello one?
