How to create new Role in Jboss

Hello - I am trying to create a new role in Jboss to enable some access settings for my application.
But Jboss having set of pre-defined roles such as
"Administrator",
"Deployer",
"Maintainer",
"Monitor",
"Operator",
"SuperUser"

How I an create my own custom role, I dont see any documentation covering that. Please advice.
