How can I configure dovecot to authenticate users against my OpenLDAP server with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5?

Assume that OpenLDAP server is running on the same machine with dovecot and the LDAP directives are configured as below:

rootdn "cn=Manager,dc=example,dc=com"
