How can I change the system default language?

Log in to Your Red Hat Account

Your Red Hat account gives you access to your profile, preferences, and services, depending on your status.

Select Your Language

The default language can be changed by in GUI by clicking System => Administration => Language or in command line environment by typing system-config-language --text from a terminal.

It will be effective after re-login the GUI or the terminal.
