ODF-4.15 | Listing and cleaning stale subvolumes - Developer Preview

Starting OpenShift Data Foundation 4.15, it is now possible to use odf-cli tool for listing and deleting the stale volumes.

Note: Developer preview releases are meant for customers who are willing to evaluate new products or releases of products in an early stage of product development.
