When changing app:0 priority (lldp fcoe-priority-bits 0x2) and pfc priority (cee fcoe-up1) values in Brocade switch from their defaults (cee default, lldp fcoe-priority-bits 0x8), local config mismatch results in dcb not properly syncing up with the values from the peer, even though the initiator is set to advertising and willing.
