Red Hat OpenShift Service Registry Service Limits

Resource limits are enforced across the Red Hat OpenShift Service Registry cloud service. Use of this service that exceeds these limits is subject to corrective action from Red Hat, including automatic throttling and account suspension.

Number of Service Registry production instances

The following service limit applies to Service Registry production instances:

Service Registry instance limits

The following service limits are applied to each Service Registry production instance or trial instance:

Total number of versions of all artifacts Up to 10000
Artifact size Up to 64 KiB
Request rate Up to 10 per second (with bursts of up to 100 per 10 seconds)
Artifact ID, name, or group ID length Up to 512 chars
Artifact description length Up to 1024 chars
Number of properties per artifact Up to 50
Size in bytes per artifact property key Up to 256 bytes
Size in bytes per artifact property value Up to 1024 bytes
Number of labels per artifact Up to 50
Size in bytes per artifact label Up to 256 bytes

Service Registry trial instance limits

The following additional service limits are applied to each Service Registry trial instance:

Trial instance duration 2 months
Number of trial instances per user 1 only

Service accounts limit

You use service accounts to connect and authenticate your applications with Service Registry instances in Red Hat OpenShift Service Registry and Kafka instances in Red Hat OpenShift Streams for Apache Kafka. The following service limit applies:
