How do I make the 'Red Hat Enterprise Linux Test Page' go away in Apache?

By default, Apache 2 (which ships with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3) has the 'Welcome page' setup in a separate configuration file.
In order to change this behavior, check to see if there is a file called /etc/httpd/conf.d/welcome.conf.
