Multiple Jira Tickets

When using a JIRA integration, customer may experience duplicate JIRA tickets. This provides the information we need to debug this.

1 - Are you seeing this across all policies, or only a few policies?
2 - For the duplicate alerts, can you use the API to retrieve a full list of Active and Resolved alerts?
